Native American Housing to Homeownership Fair

Home Weatherization Workshops
Community Energy Project offers FREE weatherization workshops throughout the winter for Portland-Metro residents. Participants who meet CEP's income guidelines also get free weatherization materials (vinyl window kits, door weatherization stripping, rope caulk, and more). Advance registration is required.
