Roof need repair? Go to Angie's List to find repairmen, read about other members’ experiences, see grades, and get a sense of how much the job will cost.

Freddie Mac's Guide to Buying and Owning a Home includes sections on remodeling, refinancing and avoiding foreclosure and mortgage fraud.
