Community Heroes
The HOST Community Heroes program is for employees of school districts,
hospitals, medical offices, and police, fire and rescue services.In this program eligible buyers will receive $5000 to apply towards a downpayment on a home. These funds come in the form of a gift from the State of Oregon.
Currently, these funds are for use when purchasing a HOST home.
This is a very straight forward and easy program to use.
