Our Team

	John Miller, Executive Director John was born and raised in Northeast Portland , where he gained 20 years of management experience in both for-profit and non-profit companies. He is responsible for managing HOST's operations, acquisition of land for development, and ensuring that our activities support our mission. He is a Commissioner on the regional Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC), Chair of HCDC's Home Ownership Advisory Committee, and a Board member of the Community Development Network. He is a licensed Principal Broker of Real Estate in Oregon.
	Brianna Conrow, Project Manager Brianna has been with HOST almost since the beginning, 15 years ago. In her past lives she has been a bookkeeper and a rental property manager here in Portland , and she now works as HOST's Project Manager. She has overseen the rehabilitation and construction of more than 250 houses (and counting!). She is experienced in every aspect of construction, from acquisition and development to contract bidding to construction, and enjoys the opportunity to build attractive, quality homes at affordable prices.
