John Miller, Executive Director
John was born and raised in Northeast Portland , where he gained 20 years of management experience in both for-profit and non-profit companies. He is responsible for managing HOST's operations, acquisition of land for development, and ensuring that our activities support our mission. He is a Commissioner on the regional Housing and Community Development Commission (HCDC), Chair of HCDC's Home Ownership Advisory Committee, and a Board member of the Community Development Network. He is a licensed Principal Broker of Real Estate in Oregon.

Quyona Anderson, Broker
As a Portland native and University of Oregon graduate, I’ve served the housing needs of individuals and families in the Portland community for the past several years. Serving the community has given me an understanding of all aspects of the real estate market...homes in several price points, schools, neighborhoods, appreciation rates and much more.

Brianna Conrow, Project Manager
Brianna has been with HOST almost since the beginning, 15 years ago. In her past lives she has been a bookkeeper and a rental property manager here in Portland , and she now works as HOST's Project Manager. She has overseen the rehabilitation and construction of more than 250 houses (and counting!). She is experienced in every aspect of construction, from acquisition and development to contract bidding to construction, and enjoys the opportunity to build attractive, quality homes at affordable prices.

Alyssa Isenstein Krueger,
Broker
In the interest of efficiency, Alyssa offers her bio in bullet points:
• Portland native.
• Undergraduate degree in liberal arts/creative writing from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY. Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University with a focus on community development and affordable housing.
• Seven years of experience in community development and planning including stints at REACH Community Development, Metro, the City of Portland’s Bureau of Planning, Multnomah County, and St. Louis County in St. Louis, MO.
• Prior to life at HOST, worked in the arts for 4 years at Western Arts Alliance, an organization for touring performing artists. Wrote for Willamette Week for four years.
• Spends free time with greyhounds, dirt and plants.

Ted Salter, Deputy Director
Ted Salter was born and raised in Los Angeles, and has lived in Portland for more than 15 years. He has 18 years experience in sales and fundraising. In the time he has been with HOST, Tedhas continued to expand the support for affordable home ownership in the community. Ted is a member of the Rotary Club of Portland, and is involved in various community groups and activities.

Devin Culbertson, Project Coordinator
Devin was born in Portland and has lived here for most of his life. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Willamette University in 2002 and a graduate degree in Planning and Development from the University of Texas in 2006. Devin is enthusiastic about starting his career at HOST, and will be broadening his understanding of housing development while acting as Project Coordinator.

Holly Wilkalis, Office Manager
Holly, an Oregon native, has lived in Portland since 1998. A graduate of Portland State's Community Development program and a HOST homeowner, she spent eight years working on outreach and education around federal food programs before joining HOST to pursue her interest in affordable home ownership. In addition to keeping the office running smoothly, she oversees our homeowner volunteer program, manages the sales files and coordinates the tax abatement applications for our buyers.
